Dr. Ali is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an APTA Academy of Pelvic Health-trained pelvic floor physical therapist and owner of The 417 Female.  It has been her goal and dream to own a clinic since graduating PT school in order to provide the BEST possible care to her patients.

Ali was a collegiate athlete, playing softball while earning her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Movement Science at Missouri State University, and continued at MSU with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, graduating in 2018.

Ali's goal is to help every client walking through the door to feel valued, heard, and to know that they now have a teammate on this journey. It is NEVER too late to get help for pelvic floor dysfunction.

Ali enjoys spending time with her husband Zach, son, Wyatt, daughter, Riley, and their fur baby- a black lab named Boone. Ali also loves all things “holistic and crunchy” and has hobbies including baking, sourdough, kombucha, and loves a good local coffee any chance she can get. Ali is a believer in Christ and believe's this has been the area God has provided to serve Him and others.

Dr. Katie is a graduate of Missouri State University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and APTA Academy of Pelvic Health-trained PT. Katie was a collegiate volleyball player at Drury University where she earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology.

Katie has always had a strong interest in health/ fitness growing up being involved in multiple sports and dance. Later coached volleyball, and worked at a gym in her hometown just prior to PT school. She was introduced to pelvic floor health in graduate school and realized how much she didn't know about her own body and pelvic floor.

She is passionate about connecting with patients, and providing education about their own bodies as she knows how empowering this can be. She is excited to be able to serve patients while working along a team of dedicated pelvic health therapists who are focused on treating the whole person.

Katie hopes to empower and motivate patients to be the best version of themselves. In her free time Katie enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé Kyle. She likes finding new ways to be active, especially outdoor activities she recently fell in love with skiing. She enjoys weightlifting, yoga, and finding a new series or movie to binge on TV.

Hi friends! I’m Kelsie, and I am so excited to be a part of The 417 Female!

Here is a little about me... I am lucky enough to be married to my very best friend Bryce. We were high school sweethearts. (Awwwww!) I love dogs, and we have two pups, Bruiser & Chica.🐾 I am an aunt to 8 perfect little humans, and being an aunt is my most cherished role. I also love hiking and experiencing new places in this beautiful world we live in, being captivated by a great story in a good book, and football (watching football that is, unfortunately I was never good enough to play 🤪).

I am passionate about women’s health and feel honored to work with these pelvic floor therapists who are doing so much good for the women of the 417 community.
